The good news is you can provide your baby with a well balanced diet. It may take a little more time, more imagination and more research but you can provide for your child.

- Milk Derivatives (Check Food Labels) Casein, caseinates,whey, hydrolysed whey protein, hydrolysed whey sugar, whey syrup sweetener, whey solids, milk solids,skimmed milk, evaporated milk, non-fat milk solids, milk powder, milk solids, lactose and monosodium glutamate with lactose filler.
- As a rule unprocessed meat, fish, eggs,fruit, vegetables are milk free. However, if these are processed in any way lactose maybe added.
